It is Not Easy Being Green, Purple, and a Little Swollen, but Flying High on Motrin Helps

All right, I think we are more or less back in business. Most of the swelling has disappeared from my elbow, so I have some usable range of motion back. Nothing was sprained or out of joint. It just appeared to be banged up. Two days propped up on a pillow worked wonders. Having nothing to do but watch summer television did not.

There is a trade off. There was a lot of blood surrounding my elbow. So much so that even when it spread out down my arm and hand, it was enough to puff up my entire arm. It is still that, as well as Kermit the Frog green, but it is uncomfortable rather than painful. I will take the former over the latter any day.

Yes, the hematoma on my knee has done the same down to my foot. It is a week older and not so much of a problem. Still, I am half green. I probably look like a super villain at first glance.

All this lounging around and pill popping has affected my eating habits, which caused this whole mess in the first place. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I am doing enough to keep any further hypoglycemic episodes at bay. While I still have my entire left side to bang up, I would rather not. It has already been a rough two weeks.

Thanks for all the well wishes. Sometimes this stuff gets overwhelming. It is nice to know someone cares. Once you are are the wrong side of thirty, very few people do.

Shake, Rattle, and Ruh Roh!

Monday night, I was fiddling around on my computer with the Atlanta braves/Pirrsburgh Pirates game playing in he background. All of the sudden, I started to shake uncontrollably. I called it the chills and a sign I was going to wake up Tuesday morning with a full blown bug.

I could not worry about that at the time. My Arthrogryposis weakens my joints to the point shaking for any length of time is painful. I do not like being cold, naturally. I figured since I was probably going to wake up sick anyway, I would take a couple alleve and go to bed.

Surprisingly enough, I did not wake up sick as I expected. I was kind of droopy and lounged around in bed longer than usual after posting the usual babe photo and VOY review, but other than that and the odd notion breakfast could wait indefinitely, I was all right. It is not terribly unusual for various health issues to gang up on me to the point I have to drop out of life a day or two to recharge. Recent weeks have involved some...let us call them starts and stops in order to maintain polite conversation.

Yesterday, I slept later than usual, but bounced up. I forced myself to eat a sandwich I did not want because I was on about hour sixteen with no food intake. It gave me a little pep even though for all the enjoyment I got out of it, it might as well have been made of cardboard. Things went fine fine until last night.

While I was standing at the bathroom sink washing my hands, I started shaking again, except this time more violently. I lost my balance thanks to my artificial hip joints not being able to handle it. I now have a purple goose egg on my right knee. It is sitting right on the joint so that bending my knee stretches the skin and puts an eye crossing pressure on it. I could not worry about that at the time. I sat there shaking for about three to five minutes. It felt like much longer because I became short of breath, which I had not on Monday. It was obvious now I had not experienced an early sign of a bug.

I could not breathe normally, I could not speak, my joints were burning with fatigue, and my knee was swelling up and not enjoying its topsy turvy ride. I yanked a dry bath towel from the rack and wrapped myself in it. That did not stop my shaking, so I threw it over the central air vent. That did not work, either. Obviously, getting warmer was not the answer. It slowly subsided. I took more Alleve, because even a few minutes of shaking is enough is enough to make my joints feel like I have just completed a marathon. I went.

Presumably, many of you have already said I must have been hypoglycemic, and you are right. While I cannot fathom why Monday’s episode occurred, the crashing and skipping meals due to loss of appetite made Wednesday’s inevitable and worse. I have never experienced hypoglycemia before or at least did not recognize a shivering sensation as an episode. I have certainly never experienced like what planted me on the bathroom floor.

Fortunately, hypoglycemia is a minor issue that seems scarier than it is. I am going to have to force myself to eat something whether I want to or not to keep my blood sugar intake satisfactory. I am surprised, given some deeper holes I have been in with oversleeping and loss of appetite due to health issues, that I have not had a recognizable, much less worse, hypoglycemic episode before now. Maybe I am becoming less resilient in my mid-thirties. Whatever the case, I am now more vigilant.

oh, yeah--icing up a swelling hematoma does not do a ting for it. That is juast something they tell you to do in first aid because in hopes the ice will numb the pain for a placebo effect. I do not know why I even bother every time I get a hematoma, but I still do.

Melrose Foxxx - Let Off In Me 4

Melrose Foxxx - Let Off In Me 4

A tease in B&W with beautiful blonde redbone, Melrose Foxxx working a stripper pole. Her sleek body draws the amorous attention of Mr. Marcus, who pulls his pud while Melrose waves her tight booty in his face. She puts on a little show for him, licking her own tit and stroking her wet cat. Melrose takes over the penile ministrations for Marcus, giving his cock a lip massage. The cocksucking is slow and sensual, Melrose getting visibly excited, her nipples going rock hard along with Marcus' dick. She peels her panties off and we finally go to full color with Marcus banging her tight box in mish. If I thought the bj was getting her nipples hard, it was nothing compared to the balls deep thrusts she's taking. It's cream on the cock with the mirrorball flashing its lights on the stage. CG keeps things wet, Melrose's bottom forming a perfect heart shape around the fat cock. Back to mish, then CG again. Cut to doggy on a couch, a short sequence with Melrose prone getting the best results. RC, balls deep and Melrose grinding. She's putting the squeeze on his fat dick, milking it, and pitching forward for her own pleasure. They switch to spoon and Marcus shows Melrose how deep he can get in her, mauling her tits as he jams his balls into her crack. Melrose begs him to cum inside her and the delivery is prompt and plentiful as it flows from her crack when he pulls out.She tries to force more out, but it must have all evacuated already. We do get a nice view of a beat up pussy and engorged clit.
This scene was hot, wet, and to the point. Melrose is a sexy package, and she obviously enjoys fucking. Very good scene.

Formspring Question #184--Body and Soul Edition

It’s no secret your poor health wearies you. If you could download your consciousness into a robot body that would never get sick or die, would you? Why or why not?
No.

Just to get the least existential reason out of the way first, I am too much of a cynic to think nothing could ever go wrong with a robot body. Even if I wanted to be immortal, the odds are the body could eventually malfunction and be damaged beyond repair. In that case, I would be merely delaying the inevitable. Even worse, there is a possibility the body could be partially damaged, thereby giving me a disability for eternity rather than just by allotted three score and ten and some change if God has other plans. What is the value in that?

But for the rest of my argument, I will cast aside my cynicism--not an easy task, that--and assume the process of downloading my consciousness into a robot body works as planned and I become a perfectly healthy, immortal thingamabob. It does not sound like a good idea, either.

First, I have questions about my soul. I believe I have one, so skeptics need not bother calling me on it. I have heard your arguments from years of engaging in apologetics. You have nothing new to tell and I already know you believe I am ignorant. Save your breath. The human body is greater than the sum of its parts. Whatever that spark of life is, it has something to do with the soul. The consciousness is the closest way I can define it, so removing it from the body sounds like a no-no in the first place. I am not eager to house it in an immortal body, either.

Second, I am no hedonist, but I think I would lose a lot of human pleasures trapped inside a robot body. Even with emotions intact, there is the lost sensation of human touch, food, and drink, an afternoon nap, petting my cat, or a thousand other things I could come up with if I thought about the possibilities. The consequences that come right off the top of my head are the same day because I would not be able to create new memories. enough of a deterrent.

Third, I could not watch the cycle of life and death continue for all eternity, even assuming that would happen. Neurologists now theorize the brain only has the capacity to store about 400 years worth of memory. Assuming my mind in this robot body is still mine, I could wind up like Drew Barrymore in Fifty First Dates. Every day is But even assuming that does not happen, I cannot imagine forming new attachments over and over again, only to watch people I love wither away and die. I would eventually wind up an emotionally dead hermit.

Finally, who wants to live forever? Even Christians rely on the faith God has made heaven stimulating enough for us to want to spend eternity there because of doubts we would want to live anywhere forever. Things have to end, or else the experience gets stale as it becomes too familiar. A person can get bored with anything, but particularly when one has enough time to do everything.

There are too many con arguments with downloading my consciousness into a robot body to seriously consider the pro arguments valid. Near as I can tell, the only pro argument is getting rid of health problems I am currently suffering. That would wind up as temporary relief versus never ending negative consequences even if the transfer works perfectly. I do not see how any reasonable person would go for the option.
