Its sort of old news, but did you know that in Feb 2011, Bree/Rachel was arrested for drunk driving? This came after she had allegedly spent a night with Charlie Sheen.... NO SHIT!

Allegation - "A porn star who has been linked to "Two and a half Men" star Charlie Sheen was arrested for drunk driving. She told the officer that arrived on the scene that she was uninjured and that she had slid on a patch of ice after leaving a club earlier in the evening. Her car had taken out a light pole. The officer noted in the arrest report that Olson smelled strongly of alcohol. She told the officer that she had drank two beers. Olson was given a breathalyzer test on the scene which had a very poor breath sample according to the arrest report and after she refused to cooperate, the officer put her in handcuffs. She was then taken to lock-up where the officer noted Olson experienced strong mood swings. After refusing to submit to a breathalyzer there, Olson was read her Miranda rights and arrested for OWI-refusal. The officer noted in the arrest report that while checking into the emergency room, Olson began to remove her pants to urinate and she had to be told several times to stop before being taken to the restroom. After medical personnel completed their assessment, Olson was returned to lock-up."
